Rosalia Vila also known as Rosalia (Spanish meaning "Rosalia") is a Spanish Pop and Flamenco Singer. When she was a teenager, she has worked with traditional as well as popular music. But, her singing interests have broadened to include soul, hip-hop and hip-hop. Her voice is described by no less talented than flamenco guitarist Pepe Habichuela as sharp and sweet but with a bite like the old ones. After her 2017 debut album Los Angeles garnered attention from the U.S. public and earned the singer a Latin Grammy nomination for Best New Artist and her follow-up album in 2018. El Mal Querer was a major critical and commercial breakthrough topping Billboard's Latin Pop Albums chart and ultimately receiving an Grammy. The track La Fama featuring the Weeknd came out in 2021. Motomami was a collaboration with numerous artists such as Cory Henry, James Blake as well as others. It was released on the 20th of March, 2022 after the show by Chicken Teriyaki by Saturday Night Live. Rosalia is the first Spanish artist to have performed solo on the show. Rosala from Motomami who was awarded an award for the Latin Album of the Year and 3 Latin Grammy Awards in total for Motomami also became the very first woman in history to be awarded this award.
